CONS - the so-called "budget" twin room that we booked online in advance was 400k and very moldy box springs with screen-less windows that couldn't stay open (probably how the mold problem began - no ventilation). Staff said I could switch room but price would be 700k - no thank you. They did manage to prop the windows open but even then the mold was so strong I had to drag mattress outside to try to sleep (avoided getting sick, but got a fair number of mosquito bites) and although my mother (who is less sensitive to mold) toughed it out inside room she got a bunch of strange bites on her leg and arm! We hardly slept and were very unimpressed. Room may be fixable if they replace box springs and install screens on windows to allow for proper continuous ventilation.
PROS - the property and location are beautiful looking, with nice mix of hang out areas and steps from a rocky swimmable beach. Pools are nice warm temperature with nice lounge furniture and.they have a pool table... too bad about the mold or this place would be very nice.

The hotel is in great shaoe, beautiful landscape, and theme. Vincent the owner and staff are the perfect ingredient what makes hitel a must visit.
Rooms are perfect, could not ask for better location. Rooms are clean modern ac blasting hot water, and most of all inexpensive.
A great bargan, as I've been everywhere you can go in bali, this is absolootly one of the best places in all of bali.
