It's a budget hotel in a port city. If that's what you love then you'll know this is your place. We went to the night market every night and used the train every day to get to where we need to go in the entire Taipei metro. There is 24 hr pharmacy and convenience store right downstairs. Why pay Taipei rates when you can live in Keelung and watch people wash freshly caught fish on the sidewalk. I'm from a fishing port and this is my home.

It's a great hotel. Everything was perfect. The staff are really nice (always with a big smile), useful and they speak english. The room is small but comfortable with a big tv screen, fridge, water and coffee for free. The location is right in the center near everything. The perfect stay in Keelung.

The location is very strategic whether you're by bus, train or even cruise. Coffee machine available at lobby with everything you need as a tourist on toiletries. The only thing that, you gotta walk on staircase (no lift).
