We had a great time. Beautiful property
It was our family's second time at ANEW RESORT Hunters Rest, and it outdid the first time which was great! Again, we had a family birthday being celebrated, and we were greeted by Thabang at reception with a message from the staff. That was followed by a cake and a written greeting card upon arrival at our accommodation, which had been generously upgraded much to our great pleasure and comfort. We had an enjoyable weekend and the pool was a main hangout for our children. We appreciated the coureous service in all respects - reception, dining, etc. and some names come to mind - Thabang, Tshego (reception), Boibelo, Dimakaso and Chris (dining) - of course we can't forget to Big Up GM Stephan (whose guiding hand we are sure was at work - we hope to see him next time we visit). Keep up the good work ALL!
hile I appreciated some aspects of the hotel, there were several issues that affected the overall experience. I believe this feedback will help you improve your services.
Romantic Turn-Down Service I had requested a romantic turn-down for my stay, and unfortunately, it was not done on the evening of my arrival (Friday). I followed up on Saturday, and again, the requested service was not provided. This was a key part of my expectations for the stay, and its absence was disappointing.
Hot Water Issue On Saturday morning, there was no hot water available in our room. It took approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes for the issue to be resolved. This was inconvenient, especially considering the early morning hours when hot water is typically expected for a comfortable start to the day.
Room Door Lock Issue Our room door did not lock properly from the outside, and we reported this issue on Friday. Unfortunately, despite our request, it was not addressed or fixed during our stay, which left us feeling concerned about the security of our room. This is a critical matter that requires prompt attention.
While I understand that some of these issues may have been caused by unforeseen circumstances, I feel that they detracted from the overall quality of our stay. I trust that the hotel will take the necessary steps to address these issues to ensure a better experience for future guests.
Dissapointed at the resort, warm pool was cold, we were told that they put the pimp off.
Went to the restaurant ans after 15 mins of no service we has to get up 3 times to get a waiter. No dusbin bags in the rooms so had no where to throw away dirty nappies. No sink to wash bottles. Would not have this under a family resort.

For the price not worth it at all
We enjoyed our stay the place is beautiful pity i was a bit dissapointed with the cleanliness of our room on our arrival and the blocked drain.our room didnt have the microwave as per the advertisement,but overall beautiful place ,staff is very friendly.
