Kindly be note we are using this period to enhance key areas across Atlantis , The Palm, Atlantis The Royal and Aquaventure World , ensuring an even more spectacular destination for the highly anticipated October season. Most enhancement works will be seamless; however, some light noise may occur between 10:00am and 5:00pm . Our teams are taking every measure to minimise any impact on the guest experience.

The following closures , due to enhancements, will be at Atlantis , The Palm :

Pool or Casablanca Beachclub as wonderful alternatives.

Atlantis The Palm, including a new Plato’s Café Bar & Lounge , a refreshed Palm Pool and a

fully refurbished Ossiano .

At Atlantis The Royal, expect an even more elevated Cloud 22, a

new extension to the Royal Pool for families , and a brand -new Garden Bar & Lounge

experience, with more enhancements to be announced soon ...

- Reimagined as a truly magical kids’ club, it is designed to spark curiosity, creativity, and adventure, captivating the imaginations of children from around the world.

• Age Policy

· Explorers Kids Club Drop Off service is for 4- to 12-year-olds

· 3-year-olds will be able to use Little Explorers

• Little Explorers

· We now have a dedicated space for children 0 to 3 years where nannies and parents maintain supervision of the children.

· Alternatively, guests can book an in-house babysitter (subject to 24-hour advance notice, additional costs and T&Cs).

• Open House Session

· There is no longer an open house session available.

· All sessions in Atlantis Explorers Club are drop-off only.

• Teens Lounge

· We have a small lounge at the front of Atlantis Explorers Club where Teens can relax and play video and board games. This is a non-supervised space.

Facility overview and capacity

· Total area: 807 sq. m.

· Facility size: double of the previous Atlantis Explorers Club

· Location: Promenade Level, next to the Royal Club Sea Lounge

· A complimentary facility only for in-house guests

· Hotel visitors are not permitted to make use of the facility

· Little Explorers (ages 0–3): 30 children at any given time

· Teens Lounge (ages 13-17): 15 guests at any given time

· The expanded layout allows the children to participate in either free play or scheduled activities, which remains for them to choose.

Drop-off explorers club (4-12 years old)

· The Atlantis Explorers Club welcomes children aged 4 to 12. It is a child-only space, and all explorers must be fully potty-trained.

· Advanced booking is encouraged but not required.

· Children must be registered before their first visit by a parent/legal guardian (21+).

· Drop-off facility for children 4-12 years old.

· Indoor facility with no outdoor access.

· Session timings: 10:00am – 1:00pm, 2:00pm – 6:00pm, 7:00pm – 11:00pm.

·Tours for parents and guardians are available 1:00pm - 1:45pm, 6:00pm - 6:45pm.

· The Atlantis Explorers Club is a child-only space. No parents or personal nannies are allowed inside the facility during session timings.

· Action Station

· Gaming Station

·Art Studio

· Ninja Warrior Course

· Socks are mandatory to participate in the Ninja Warrior Course. Socks are available for purchase in the Atlantis Explorers reception.

· If guests wish for children under the age of four, or children who are not fully toilet-trained, to participate, in-house babysitting services may be arranged (subject to additional costs and T&Cs).

Meal services

·Lunch and Dinner are now available at the Atlantis Explorers Club from 1pm – 2pm and from 6pm - 7pm at AED 195 per meal, per child

· Pre-booking is mandatory, and last order must be placed 1 hour before the start of the service (by 12 pm or 5 pm)

· If children are attending two consecutive sessions, a meal booking is required

· Complimentary water is provided throughout each session to keep little adventurers refreshed

· Outside food and beverages are not allowed

· All schedules and rates are subject to change

Little Explorers (0-3 years old)

· The Little Explorers Soft Play area is an exciting new addition to the facility, available for our younger guests aged 0 to 3.

· Maximum height: 98 cm.

· Operating hours are 10:00am – 11:00pm daily.

· Children must always be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over.

·Due to limited capacity, up to 2 adults per child are permitted. However, during busy times we may reduce to 1 adult per child.

· Diapers must be worn by all babies. A diaper changing station is available in the facility.

· Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

· Socks are mandatory to go inside the Soft Play area for children and guardians. Socks are available for purchase in the Atlantis Explorers reception.

· The facility features a Soft Play area and an Explorers Village (pretend-play area).

·A team member will be onsite to assist and guide parents/nannies but will not be responsible for the child’s supervision.

· All schedules and rates are subject to change

Teens Lounge (13-17 years old)

· Designed for ages 13-17

· Non-supervised facility; teens can come and go as they please

· Features 2 PS5 consoles, an Xbox, a Nintendo, and a variety of board games

· Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

- From October 20th, the Family Area located at the Air-Conditioned Cabanas at the Royal Pool will be closed.

TEMPORARY ATLANTIS EXPLORERS CLUB IN SUNLIGHT TOWER

A drop-off facility for children 4 - 12 years old.

A welcome/registration desk will be available on the Promenade level, across from the Sunlight Tower elevators.

Available from 20th October onwards.

Operating hours are the same as the main Explorers Club with 3 drop-off sessions: 10am - 1pm, 2pm - 6pm, 7pm - 11pm

FAMILY AREA IN SEASCAPES RESTAURANT

A parent-supervised area designed for children 0 - 4 years old.

A fully outdoor facility with shade, ceiling fans and water are available.

Operating hours are 10am - 7pm.

EXPLORERS KIDS CLUB AT ATLANTIS, THE PALM

Advanced booking not required (based on availability).

Guests will have a choice of either manually registering their children through the Atlantis Dubai app, or to request assistance from staff members to do so.

QR codes will be available at the cabanas to guide families through the registration and booking process.

Atlantis The Royal guests are entitled to three daily sessions (10:00 AM–1:00 PM, 2:00 PM–6:00 PM, 7:00 PM–11:00 PM) for all room categories.

Age restrictions

· The Little Explorers Soft Play area is available for our younger guests aged 0 to 3, who must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

· The Atlantis Explorers Club welcomes children aged 4 to 12. It is a child-only space, and all explorers must be fully potty-trained.

Drop-off service from Atlantis The Royal to Atlantis The Palm

· Two air-conditioned buggies will circulate between properties, each accommodating up to 8 children.

· The designated drop-off and pick-up point is the Royal Pool Cabana #1 (upper deck) at Atlantis The Royal, which will remain open beyond 19:00 solely for this purpose.

· Buggies are in operation from 09:45 to 23:00 on request. Higher levels of requests are to be expected around the start and end times of each session.

Pick-Up service from Atlantis The Palm to Atlantis The Royal

· Pick-up services to bring the children back to Atlantis The Ryal is available until 23:00.

· Parents/ guardians can then pick up their child from the designated pick-up point at the Royal Pool Cabana #1.

Meal services

· Lunch and Dinner are available from 13:00 – 14:00 and from 18:00 – 19:00 at AED 195 per meal, per child.

· If children are attending two consecutive sessions, a meal booking is required.

· Complimentary water is provided throughout each session to keep little adventurers refreshed.

BABYSITTING SERVICES

· Babysitting services for Atlantis The Royal guests will be available either in the comfort of their room or at the Atlantis Explorers Kids Club at Atlantis, The Palm.

· Costs will follow as per the typical babysitting fees.

· 24 hours advanced booking is required.

· Children will be transitioned with dedicated 1:1 care, using the same transportation provided for Atlantis Explorers Club drop-off.

· For safety reasons, mid-service transitions for babysitting will not be possible, so arrangements should be made in advance.
