We are pleased to share that the Atlantis Explorers Club at Atlantis The Royal is preparing to elevate its family experience even further with the upcoming renovation of the kid’s club.

To prepare for this exciting transformation, the Atlantis Explorers Club will temporarily close from 01st July until October 2025 (Reopen date to be confirmed).

During this time, we have curated thoughtful alternatives to ensure families continue to enjoy an exceptional experience:


FAMILY AREA AT THE ROYAL POOL

All children from 3 to 12 years old must be potty trained and diaper/pull-up free.
Parents should be aware that this area requires consistent parent/ guardian supervision. As per Dubai Municipality requirements, Atlantis Dubai cannot operate drop-off services in any area that is not specifically certified by Dubai Municipality as a Kids Club, thus, no supervision can be provided by the staff in the cabanas.
There will be no babysitting services in the Family Area.
Meal services will not be provided at the Family Area.
Complimentary water is provided throughout to keep little adventurers refreshed.
Designed for all age groups, featuring toys, crafts, games, and video consoles.

EXPLORERS KIDS CLUB AT ATLANTIS, THE PALM

Advanced booking not required (based on availability).
Guests will have a choice of either manually registering their children through the Atlantis Dubai app, or to request assistance from staff members to do so.
QR codes will be available at the cabanas to guide families through the registration and booking process.
Atlantis The Royal guests are entitled to three daily sessions (10:00 AM–1:00 PM, 2:00 PM–6:00 PM, 7:00 PM–11:00 PM) for all room categories.
Age restrictions
· The Little Explorers Soft Play area is available for our younger guests aged 0 to 3, who must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

· The Atlantis Explorers Club welcomes children aged 4 to 12. It is a child-only space, and all explorers must be fully potty-trained.

Drop-off service from Atlantis The Royal to Atlantis The Palm
· Two air-conditioned buggies will circulate between properties, each accommodating up to 8 children.

· The designated drop-off and pick-up point is the Royal Pool Cabana #1 (upper deck) at Atlantis The Royal, which will remain open beyond 19:00 solely for this purpose.

· Buggies are in operation from 09:45 to 23:00 on request. Higher levels of requests are to be expected around the start and end times of each session.

Pick-Up service from Atlantis The Palm to Atlantis The Royal
· Pick-up services to bring the children back to Atlantis The Ryal is available until 23:00.

· Parents/ guardians can then pick up their child from the designated pick-up point at the Royal Pool Cabana #1.

Meal services
· Lunch and Dinner are available from 13:00 – 14:00 and from 18:00 – 19:00 at AED 195 per meal, per child.

· If children are attending two consecutive sessions, a meal booking is required.

· Complimentary water is provided throughout each session to keep little adventurers refreshed.


BABYSITTING SERVICES

· Babysitting services for Atlantis The Royal guests will be available either in the comfort of their room or at the Atlantis Explorers Kids Club at Atlantis, The Palm.

· Costs will follow as per the typical babysitting fees.

· 24 hours advanced booking is required.

· Children will be transitioned with dedicated 1:1 care, using the same transportation provided for Atlantis Explorers Club drop-off.

· For safety reasons, mid-service transitions for babysitting will not be possible, so arrangements should be made in advance.

• Please be informed that the Atlantis Explorers Club will be temporarily closed from 01/07/2025 until 31/10/2025.
  
  During this period, families can enjoy alternative experiences including the Family Area at the Royal Pool, which is open to children aged 3–12 (must be potty trained). Please note that this area requires full parent or guardian supervision, and no staff, meal, or babysitting services will be available. Complimentary water and various play activities are provided.
  
  Guests may also access the Explorers Kids Club at Atlantis, The Palm, offering three daily sessions for children aged 0–12, with free buggy transfers from Royal Pool Cabana #1. Meals are available at AED 195 if attending two sessions. Registration can be done via the Atlantis app or on-site.
  
  Babysitting services remain available in-room or at the Kids Club with 24-hour advance booking.
  

With a stay at Atlantis The Royal in Dubai (Palm Jumeirah), you'll be a 4-minute drive from Aquaventure and 10 minutes from The Pointe. This beach hotel is 5.3 mi (8.5 km) from The View at The Palm and 6.3 mi (10.2 km) from Nakheel Mall.

Grab a bite at Jaleo, one of the hotel's 11 restaurants, or stay in and take advantage of the 24-hour room service. Snacks are also available at the 2 coffee shops/cafes. Visit one of the 7 bars/lounges, 4 beach bars, and 2 poolside bars for a refreshing drink. A complimentary buffet breakfast is served daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
