Nice location close to the beach , very clean and central city

Amazing location, very close to the beach, also on a relatively quiet street in Barceloneta. My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights, the host Pau met us when he said he would and was very helpful. Wifi was fine. Only thing to be aware of, the stairs leading up to the apartment are quite narrow, it was on the 4th floor so involved a lot of climbing to get to the apartment, there is no elevator. We would definitely stay here again, no real complaints about this place, cool balcony overlooking the street too.

The apartment is small but nice, just two blocks away from the beach. The extra cleaning fee is absurdly high, you need to pay extra for internet use, plus 350€ security deposit. All these details are hidden in small print. Never again!

At the last minute we moved to a different location, run by the same company, since I couldn't manage five flights of stairs post-surgically, so I can't speak to the Barceloneta Beach IV.
