Well located and adequate for us.Pub nearby. Good DIY parking. Tired facility. Could be renovated to be great. Frequent trams nearby to city and suburbs. Relatively quiet.

the bed was reasonable and the bathroom was clean. wifi was poor, we had to go up and down stairs to get to the room, curtains didn't close properly, poorly maintained property overall, nothing like the pictures.

Good location, 1/2 hour on tram to the city. Free parking, rooms fine. Shower was excellent. Great value.

Conveniently located and good value for money, offering basic but decent service. However, the building needs better maintenance, especially the spider webs that are quite noticeable at the stairs windows.

Good location and good value for money. However room is dated. Poor WiFi signal. No soap holder or shower caddy in shower box. Had to leave soap and shampoo on the floor. Not ideal for elderly guests. No bedside table lamp.
