Very bad, unclean, no room cleaning service and unprofessional staff

Not clean, the location is not good for families, there is no sound insulation for the rooms, young males and families rent in the same floor and this is not comfortable at all and not safe, we ask for room service for cleaning and the cleaning is very bad
