Wow. What a mistake to book here.
The female hostess (Tatiana) was rude, hostile & threatening on our arrival which affected our whole trip & made myself & my friend feel uneasy during our 3 night stay.
I took every measure I could to communicate our late arrival due to flight times. When we did arrive, she was very angry blaming us for on communication.
I explained I had used Expedia to communicate, she dismissed and said she never receives messages from them. When my friend challenged her, she told us both to be quiet or she would ask us to leave.
I was completely taken aback by this incredible behaviour, it’s like nothing I’ve ever experienced.
