truly thank the hotel for the wonderful experience and the amazing staff in all areas who added great value to our stay. We faced a small issue with the air conditioning in one room, but the team handled it quickly and efficiently by changing the room immediately. The hotel is special, comfortable, and worthy of appreciation, and with such professional staff we look forward to returning next year
