I had a great stay overall. I’d give it a solid 9 out of 10. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. There were a few minor things that could be improved, but nothing that took away from the experience. I’d definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others.

This hotel deserves its excellent rating. It is modern and extremely clean. The rooms are a nice size and well laid out. The bed and bedding are luxurious. Breakfast is quite good. The Carlton is in an excellent location. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Special kudos to Mr. Title, the concierge, who provided excellent, efficient and effective services. The buffet breakfast has all the items anyone could need for breakfast/lunch. The rooms are spacious, with quality bedding and bathroom amenities. Located across the street from EMSphere and near the best malls for shopping.
