Como Cocoa is paradise on earth. This is now our favourite resort and we can’t wait to return. The resort is stunning with all rooms sitting over the water in the beautiful lagoon. The house reef is exceptional and the dive staff were knowledgeable and safe. The staff are friendly and professional, often greeting you by name, and are clearly happy in their work. Special mention goes to the chef, who makes the most delicious food and is very accommodating with the menu choices.

An idyllic island. We stayed as a couple in a Dhabi Loft Villa which was a beautiful two floor apartment with direct access to a gorgeous part of the coral reef just a few minutes swim away from the comfort of our bed. We loved every part of our stay: well equipped gym for early workouts, the craftsmanship of the interiors, the soft music in the restaurant never too laud, the gorgeous spa for a relaxing time before dinner, the privacy of the room and the beaches where we truly felt like we were on our own (even though the hotel had 83% occupancy during that week!). The staff is so kind, attentive and friendly if you want them to be - some true gentlemen will cater for you at the restaurant at lunch and dinner. The food is so fresh, sustainable and ever changing to allow you to discover the multitude of dishes, vegetables and fruits the area can offer. I highly recommend half or full board and to pay the extra for the Seafood BBQ night - we had the most amazing (unlimited) lobsters and giant prawns that evening. We will be back. General description

As per the amendments to the Tourism Act issued by the Maldivian Government, applicable to all travellers arriving in the Maldives from 1 January 2025, the green tax payable by travellers upon arrival at hotels (including tourist resorts, tourist hotels, hotels, tourist guest houses, tourist vessels) has been increased from USD 6.00 to USD 12.00 per person per day.
Travellers staying in tourist guesthouses and hotels on inhabited islands with 50 (fifty) rooms or less will pay USD 6.00 per person.

Kindly note that import of all vape products and individual parts of vape devices is to be made illegal from November 15, 2024, onwards. Additionally, the use, possession, production, sale, advertisement, and distribution of all vape products will be banned from December 15, 2024.

Travellers cannot bring cigarettes of any amount while arriving to the Maldives.
But they allow a packet (1 packet) which is used and in your hand. (Not a carton).
