Room was spotless.
The wi-fi was iffy due to the number of people staying at the hotel and using it, as was explained to us by the very polite and competent man who came to try to get Netflix for us. He succeeded.
The lobby was nicely appointed with bar, restaurant, fireplace, comfy chairs, etc.
It was a nice surprise that Starbucks is in the same area and everyone we dealt with was very pleasant.

Breakfast was NOT included, there was no safe in the room, there was no housekeeping on New Years Day, which we were not told of, the price stayed the same per night tho. Which ment no extra waters, coffee, towels, etc…..
Overall, the hotel was clean, and the beds comfortable.
