Great location for a shopping trip to either Lakeside or Bluewater (or go to both like we did!) as it is in the middle of both. We were unexpectedly upgraded on arrival which was a lovely surprise. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were nice and spacious. Nice big shower and everything was clean. Enjoyed the breakfast, lots to choose from. Would definitely return.

So we arrived about 11pm. To find that our room was underneath the bar/disco room 143. We called reception at midnight and was told the music would go onto 1am but there was nothing they could do for us even though we had x2 children. We finally managed to get to sleep after 1am and spoke to someone on reception the following day a manager who agreed that’s not acceptable and managed to get a refund. Overall I think if this hadn’t of happened the hotel is lovely and breakfast is well worth the extra money, used the pool as well. We definitely return just don’t want a room above the bar again and this time might get a decent sleep.

Check in was quick and easy but our room key didn’t work which was frustrating having to go back to get that sorted.
The mattress was quite hard and the pillows very flat, just not to our comfort, but everyone’s different. The room was very spacious and clean.
For the standard of the hotel it’s a real shame the coffee available in the room was very low standard instant coffee. Would have expected a small coffee machine in the room, but as they have a paid for coffee machine in reception that seems a money making trade off.
The pool area was great and a very nice addition to the stay.

The lift was broken. We didn’t get our room card, we always had to go to the reception to get someone assist us to our rooms as they have informed us . We also had to pay £10 for pay for parking ! So if we had stayed for more than 5 days that would have been £50-£60! On just parking! Breakfast was overpriced and was average . Our room didn’t have two towels and a robe. I had to contact reception for this and it took them 3 hours to bring this. Overall very dissatisfied, poor service , very inconvenient

Very underwhelming for the price we paid, and for the Hilton brand. The pool area didn't look like it had been cleaned for weeks and was very run down. The breakfast was far from fresh and quite limited on hot food. I had to put in an order for vegetarian sausages, they came out over cooked and stone cold, which reflected the rest of the food.
