- This unit has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

1: The tenant shall maintain the cleanliness of the resort and all its contents and shall bear any loss or damage to its contents as a result of misuse.

2: The tenant acknowledges that he has received the rented chalet in good condition and in the event of any remarks, they shall be reported to the management within two hours of entry.

3: The tenant is obligated to pay the insurance amount of 2500 riyals (two thousand five hundred riyals) before entry, and it shall be returned by transfer to the tenant's account within 24 hours of the tenant's departure from the resort.

4: In the event of damage to the resort, its value shall be deducted from the insurance.

5: The tenant is obligated to maintain public morals and not to harm other tenants and neighbors and not to raise the volume of the speakers.

6: Entry to the resort is not permitted until the full value of the contract and insurance has been paid.

7: The tenant is obligated to leave the resort within the period specified above and in the event of delay, an amount of (200) one hundred riyals shall be deducted for each additional hour.

8: The use of hookah, smoke and charcoal is prohibited inside the councils.

9: The tenant undertakes to use the pool safely and not to leave children without adult supervision. The tenant is fully responsible in the event of accidents, God forbid.

10: If the number of visitors exceeds the permitted number of people (45 people), an amount of 2500 riyals (two thousand five hundred riyals) will be deducted from the insurance value.

11: The tenant undertakes not to move or transport furniture except with the knowledge and supervision of the resort management
