The apartment was in an excellent location and the rooms and their spaciousness were excellent, but there were two main problems. The first was the lack of light insulation and the second was the lack of sound insulation. The sunlight from early morning was very intense in the middle of the room, and the sounds of cars made it as if you were sleeping in the middle of the street, in addition to the long staircase to reach the apartment. I will not repeat the experience at all.

Location is perfect with lots of shops, restaurants, museums and a nearby underground stop. The apartment was very clean and easy to access. Communiation with the host was great. A small binder or notebook containing instructions on how to use the washer/dryer combo, the dishwasher and how to adjust the heat would have been nice as they were not intuitive. There unfortunately was not mirror in the master bathroom but there were others in the apartment. We had a very comfortable stay and would book again on our next trip to London.

Not suitable for children and the elderly, due to the presence of more than one step at the entrance. The beds and linens were not clean. There is no air conditioning. And no daily cleaning.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Building and apartment needs upkeep. The unit does not have AC, only one bed is King and the other is Queen.
