Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel & Suites

Hotel is overall very nice. In a great location and conveniently surrounded by places to eat and things to do such as casino, bar/pubs, nightclubs, restaurants, shops and a short walking distance to the falls. We spent new year eve there which was pretty busy. The parking garage was full however there is an offsite parking lot with a shuttle bus making constant runs back and forth. Having to pay for parking on top of the already pricey rate is a bit of a pain in the butt. The city view room with jet tub has a beautiful view of Clifton hills and the falls. Room was nice and clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom is a bit outdated. The infinity pools was not accessible on our stay but the kids pools was good for the kids to play around in. Would stay again. Would recommend

We had a room booked for US falls view with a jet tub. It was very nice very comfortable bed and the view was amazing. Overall the room was very good. Tea and coffee quality was excellent.The parking was ok we had to park in another place for $50.00 and the shuttle service on the first day was very slow, we had to stand in a small shed that could not accommodate so many ppl so we preferred to walk. Coffee shops at the hotel are open till mid night. Which was nice.

Clean, with friendly staff. Pool & fitness area was nice. Location & view was ideal. Housekeeping can use more effort.

We enjoyed the overall stay bed were comfortable to sleep in, nice overlooking at the view. They had all essentials like fridge. Safe was not working. Shower temperature and flow got shorter. Not sure if it is due to high demands but it was dripping water. The temperature of water either was hot burning in the hot tub in the pool or freezing cold not well heated. The overall parking experience was far and distance despite shuttle. Long wait for checkin made us run late for reservation. We do love kid pool and overlooking of falls. We will enjpy coming back but slight improvement required. Also wi fi never worked at all try to key promo and as kfront desk.

My stay was great! Bed and sheets were comfortable and clean and the view of both the Canadian and USA falls were superb. Parking was full on-site so they directed us to off-site parking which was okay because they had a shuttle to bring guests to and from the hotel and parking site. The walls are thin and I could hear the people in the room next to me, and the elevators can take some time. Other than that, the convenience of this hotel is fantastic!

We had a wonderful experience at the Hilton, we will definitely stay again. The only cons we have are; offsite parking is not very secure or safe for our vehicles; especially with so many vehicle thefts these days. We were also disappointed by the outdated room furniture, the bathroom counter was small, the bed was too squishy, the bottom outlet on the wall attached to the bathroom did not work, and it was kind of cold in the room. We had to keep turning the heat up as we could feel the windows were lacking insulation. There were way more pros, as I stated we did have a wonderful visit, we just thought for the Hilton; it would have been a bit more updated. The gym is very impressive, loved the pools, all amenities and access to the shopping/ casino area. Loved all the restaurant options. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant. The hotel was very clean and it felt like a warm environment. I also really liked that you provide a nicer option for hand cream, shampoo and conditioner in the rooms. We plan on booking again in a couple months, but we will be bringing our kids this time😊. Thank you for a great night away from our stressors!
