Excellent customer service at front desk. Katline in particular was very helpful. She throughly explianed (in English) all enquiries that we had. Good dining options. Clean facilities. Highly recomended.

Since this hotel is located in a convention center, it’s hard to find the exact location from GPS and get to it. For the same reason, guests can only eat inside the hotel, but there’re limited choices and poor services. The personal service the restaurant on the first floor lacked of basic training. They treat guests as thefts if you have a piece of cake in your hand when you walking out the restaurant.

However the prices have risen alot,in last 3 years the rooms are nice but 5 mins across the road same rooms 1/2 price
