When I checked in I was carsick. The hotel people greeted me with a warm ginger tea and being super considerate. The hotel environment is nice and it is convenient to access centre Ubud. Highly recommended for people who wants to stay in Ubud!

The staff is incredible. They make you feel like family. The location is breathtaking. You are immersed in the jungle even though the craziness of Ubud traffic and shopping are only a 10 minute walk away.

Located in a serene forest yet close to the heart of Ubud, this was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. We visited during New Year’s holidays, and the hotel organized special dance shows and fireworks, making it an unforgettable way to ring in the new year.

Love this hotel. Stayed there over Christmas with my family. The staff are lovely and always helpful. The rooms are a little dated but very comfortable. The location is great, not busy but close to the action if you want to take advantage of Ubud city centre.

Outstanding hotel in one of the most beautiful settings we have seen. Near downtown Ubud, but just outside busy commercial areas; unbelievably quiet. The staff was exceptional, with Prima taking care of us like a mother hen. Very large facilities with extensive personal bodily care options and facilities. Will go back there!
