Nice hotel with good food and friendly staff. Good to see staff members being part of a family oriented team rather than just turn up for a shift like in most UK hotels

Charming and well appointed. Fabulous breakfast buffet, great restaurant with terrace, Saint-Hippolyte is so small but this is a great location to launch to anywhere in Alsace.
