An exceptional location directly opposite the expansion of the Haram. The elevators are very comfortable; there’s only one elevator to the room floor directly. All the staff members are excellent and very cooperative. The breakfast is delicious and diverse. The only downside is that the sound isolation is somewhat poor, and street noise can be heard in the room. But I think it will be resolved because they are currently doing maintenance on the building. Overall, I strongly recommend it since I have stayed there two consecutive years and I expect to visit it in the future.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, tidy, and close to King Fahd Gate for Umrah. All services are nearby, and the staff is respectful and responsive. The buffet has room service and is very delicious. Thank you from the heart for a beautiful experience, and with God’s will, it will be repeated every year.
