Everything was fine except there was a cricket in the ceiling vent that chirped exceedingly loud the entire night. We couldn’t sleep at all and were exhausted the next morning. We needed to be fresh and alert for our 600 kilometre leg of our trip. We had to stop half way and pay for another place to stay just to catch up on sleep . it was dangerous to keep driving due to lack of sleep . This added another day and more expenses all because of a bloody chirping cricket …. Relentless and loud
I know this was not the fault of the motel however we seriously could not sleep so very upset

first off I was told the Restaurant was closed but received no advice of where i could dine, therefor left to my own devices.. then on my first entry to my room i was engulfed in a dank smell, (this did dissipate by the next day, or at least my nose got used to it..

Recently modernisation of the room! Some nice tech addition and some very interesting new decor! Bathroom Shower could do with revamp of tiles and replacement of basin! As these don’t all fit with the more retro modern theme! Otherwise comfortable and neat stay.

Roomy. Comfortable bed. Very short walk to Woolworths. The heater was noisy, but was given a replacement blow heater and that worked well. Good office hours, later closing than many other motels. Wi-Fi was slow. The shower drain was blocked and when I told them in the morning, they said they would get someone to fix it, but no apology. Besides that omission the staff were friendly. Fresh milk.
