The staff are neglecting room cleaning, and when they did clean, it wasn't good. The shower barely fills up. When I told them, the bed and pillows are very bad in terms of comfort. The location is next to everything: grocery stores, salons, spice shops, laundry. The parking is 250 lira.

The hotel's location is on a very narrow street (alley), the service is very bad, the cleanliness is very bad, the staff's treatment is very bad, the parking spaces are narrow and not free, there is no air conditioning (the cooling system is turned off during the winter).

Very bad not recommended to stay even for free , bad service, bad attitude, no wifi , no parking, no dnd paper on room.should tell everyday to clean the room , the technical men will go inside your room with out permission while you sleep because he need to check the heater at 11:45 PM there is no lock for doors . To much noise you cannot sleep.worst hotel it deserves 1 star

The location is good, the reception is very bad, the reception staff lack manners and a smile! The cleanliness of the rooms was not at a high level, the room quality is poor, the room service and cleaning staff are very nice!

I like the Mercure because most of the staff was nice. Except the belle spa, multiple times I tried to get a package to relax. And was ignored. Multiple times. The food was great though and staff was always cleaning.

I didn't like the hotel at all. It does not deserve to be a 5-star hotel. The bed was old and my back hurt in the morning. I told the workers there, but nothing changed, and it was not clean 4 years ago. The hotel was wonderful, better and clean, and there was a Turkish girl working at the reception. She was rude and not polite. She did not smile and she wasent smile and did not receive customers with a smile in the morning like the Turks pepole in general do not smile. I did not like this behaviour I left the Mercure Hotel before my scheduled departure time and booked a new reservation in another five-star hotel, and I went to the St. Regis Hotel in Nisantasi, and there is much better service and excellent. The staff at St. Regis are very helpful, polite and kind you can check that I been at st.regis hotel I enjoy my stay there ... thanks ! e.ziad
