Stay was excellent very clean everything we needed only gripe was parking was tight.

The apartment was located in a great position in Albany / 5 minute walk to town and the waterfront. We didn’t cook while we were there for 2 nights but the property had bare essentials if you plan on cooking. Apartment was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Was smallish 2 bedroom apartment. Ground floor with apartments above so didn't get much natural light in living areas. Plenty of seating area for 4. Water pressure in shower was very poor.

Property is fine, location is very good, easily walkable into the main street of Albany, ammenities are ok but cleanliness is letting this place down. No major issues but all the dishes/cutlery needed to be washed before use and the outside areas were dirty, also a few small issues such as the plug in the bathroom not working properly but nothing to stop anyone staying here. This is the second time we stayed at this property, first time (several years ago) we rated it 5 stars, this time 4

Quite spacious, but lacking some basic kitchen items. Microwave but no bowls, no serving bowls.
Insufficient towel hanging. Could do with a spruce up, sink needs a good scrub and nothing to do it yourself. Small improvement could make this difference from ok to excellent.

The property is easy to find and it’s very near to Albany town Center, just 5 mins drive away there’s supermarket. The property is well kept and comfortable.
