It was a huge place and very clean! The pool was amazing! The only thing was that the area is known to have a lot of homeless residents and one decided to set up camp right outside the front door.

We spent the first hour in the rental cleaning mold from the refrigerator and master shower, washing dirty dishes and cleaning the counters and floors. The wifi didn't work the entire 3 nights stay (reported the issue 3 times with no resolution) , the pool area was littered with glass bottles and dirty clothes. The area was 2 blocks from a homeless camp and the customer service offered by hosteeva was trash. They didn't fix anything, instead refunded me 60 dollars for my troubles. Will never do business with hosteeva again.

Ive traveled the world and this was one of the worst experiences. Ive ever encountered. Customer service was very stand off-ish. Dealing with Hotels.com and Hosteeva was a nightmare.
Hosteeva's rep Gary couldnt tell the truth if his life depended on it. On-Site parking means a parking area controlled and managed by property owners. Theres only street parking in this property which advertised as "FREE and Complimentary On-Site Parking"
I had to cut short my Florida portion of my vacation due to not being guaranteed parking at this location. Left 6hrs early in fact. Got to New Orleans 6hrs early just to secure parking. Because Property management refuse to cancel and refund.
And ended up still having to park half a block away. The nieghborhood is rough. Questionable people riding bikes even at 3am in the morning.
The issue with the BAD Customer service and coupled with the rough nieghborhood. Made me leave my New Orleans trip a day short and move on to the rest of my Florida to California trip.
DO NOT !!! I mean DO NOT book with Hosteeva Property Management. Theyre one of the worst Ive ever dealt with...

The home itself was beautiful. You felt at home. There was a coffee make, electric kettle, blender, utensils, pots and pans...almoat everything. The rooms were spacious plus a pull out couch. Definitely kid friendly. My niece and daughter had a blast. I loved the open room concept. My dad even got his daily physical therapy in the pool. There are a lot of restaurants, nail salon, liqour atore on St. Charles and even a Columbian restaurant next door to the property. I will definitely book this property again.
