Family room is spacious and has a separate kitchen which is useful.
Heating on the floor was very warm for the cold weather. Sometimes too hot for comfort. There is no daily room cleaning, only change of towels.
Only a few restaurants and supermarket.
No frills and acceptable for the price of the room

The resort itself is a great place with multiple condos and hotels with various activities in a wonderful location. I didn't feel that i was kindly helped for check in.

The distance between the hotel and the shuttle bus point us far and we have to drag our luggage both ways.

Our family stayed at Greenpia condo for 4 days to ski. Location excellent with ski station within walking distance to condo. Apartment was in good condition. Clean and lovely view. Futon was very thin and would have been more comfortable if futon is thicker. Altogether we had a good stay and enjoyed.

access to yongpyong is a headache. but from airport just take to alpensia. then cab over. is a lot easier
