Morgen maden var fantastisk. Personale var service mindet. Hotel ligger lige ved Hovedbanegården. Man kan gå ned til centrum af byen på 5 minutter. Jeg syntes dog at hotel var lidt slidt. Og mere et 3 stjerner hotel. Personale og morgenmad kan dog trække op på en lille 4.

Very Disappointing Stay – Definitely Not Four-Star Standards I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this so-called four-star hotel in Brussels. The overall cleanliness was far below expectations. The bathroom was in unacceptable hygienic condition, something I would never expect from a hotel in this category. To make things worse, my room wasn’t cleaned at all on the first day. Basic courtesy was also lacking — the staff at reception didn’t even greet guests when passing by. Additionally, the hotel charges almost €4 for a simple bottle of water 0,5l, which feels excessive considering the poor quality of the service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. It does not live up to the standards or comfort expected from a four-star establishment.
