The best thing about the hotel is that there is a grocery store around it with Saudi products, a foreign grocery store, and a gas station. The hotel is nice but needs more attention. I booked two suites, one of them had a broken fridge, and I called but no one answered.

The hotel is very excellent, and the breakfast, the pool, and the children's games are sweeter than sweet. I recommend staying there, but the cleanliness does not meet the room cleaning standards.

I felt i am home staff are so friendly , restaurant is perfect. Atmosphere is so cozy and good . Its only the smell of dust in the room can make u sick if u have azma or allergic . I suffered from the carpet smell . Thank u

The hotel is nice with big rooms, nice breakfast and swimmingpool. The only negative point are the check-in procedure which takes too long. I have been already 3-4 times for business and ech time (independently from teh arrival time) I have to wait between 10 to 15 minutes for the check-in. Their system is too slow and even if tehre are few people the procedure take an eternity especially once you arrrive with teh night flight and you are very tired and would like only too go to sleep
