Kindly note that we are starting our summer maintenance project, expected to start by the 06th of May – the 05th of October,2024. with different phases of the hotel.

We regret to inform you that unexpected damage was done to the hotel swimming pool slide, due to this the slide will be temporarily closed till further notice.
Kindly note that After careful consideration and evaluation, we regret to inform you that the swimming pool slide located at Occidental Sharjah Grand will be permanently closed effective today.
This decision was made based on maintenance challenges, safety concerns, cost considerations, etc.
While we understand that the slide has been a popular feature for many of our guests and visitors, we are committed to maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all, which necessitated this step.
We are actively exploring options to enhance the swimming pool area to continue providing an excellent experience for our guests.
