Christina, the onsite manager, is friendly but there is a huge communication barrier. And she plays it to her advantage. She is very friendly and tries to be helpful but I don’t think it’s appropriate for her to come knocking on the window at 10pm, in the middle of your stay, to ask you a question. There’s a reason and purpose for the messaging system here on hotels.com but she doesn’t use it. She never even called me. She knocked on my door and window two separate times during my stay, both during what their property info states is not during their business hours, and even left a note on my door. Just pick up the phone and call me. Parking can be difficult but I advise you park across the street by the fire department. Beware of little critters if you leave food out.

This place is so bad! Cockroaches everywhere! The property manager is terrible! It shouldn't even qualify to be listed.

This is by far the worst hotel I have seen in my life. The place is super dirty. There are cockroaches inside the room. There are yellow spots all over the bed sheets, and they are smelly and filled with dirt and boogers. Also there was two giant bugs on the ceiling staring at me. I couldn’t stay there. I left the same day I arrived.

The people in charge are nice. But it wasn't what I expected a SHARED bathroom. A single bed, cochroaches in the bathroom... It was to be expected for the price I paid

I can NOT believe that you sponsor this place! It is astronomically terrible! I did NOT stay there. I got a decent motel downtown he street. This was the worst experience ever!
