It was a wonderful experience. A beautiful hotel in a nice location, with great service and friendly staff, especially at reception. It's not true that it's close to Red Square (14 minutes by car), but next to it there's a supermarket, pharmacy, currency exchange, bank, cafes, and a metro station.

It was a wonderful experience, and the timing was perfect. We encountered rain, snow, and bitter cold, but the atmosphere was truly enjoyable. It's a great country with a great people. A country worth visiting, and the travel agency deserves our trust and gratitude.

Very ordinary hotel, very very bad smell in the corridor in the rooms because of the earthquake. There are old dirt stains on the floor. The staff are very polite and were very helpful even if I did not have money in rubles and paid for myself.

We really enjoyed our stay at Park Inn. The front desk staff were friendly and spoke English very well. The room was very comfortable, very clean and nicely furnished. We ate a late lunch when we arrived and found the food to be excellent and service exceptional. The breakfast buffet we had the next morning exceeded our expectations with a delicious assortment of options. Don’t hesitate to have breakfast in their restaurant. Their location to Red Square made for a nice, easy 20-25 minute walk. We will stay here again for sure.
