Quite a few bugs in our room (rm 128). Silverfish or something similar. Woke up with 8 or 10 of them in my empty but unrinsed travel mug. Gross. Bedspread, sofa, shower curtain, and bath mat were each stained and there was a faint smell of smoke in our nonsmoking room. Price was good, so I don’t expect perfection, but I can’t recommend it. Spacious room and good basics if they could deal with the bugs and the furnishings.

The room had multiple roaches in the bathroom, bed, and everywhere. Literally, everywhere. There was no hot water and when we brought it up with the staff they didn’t care and basically said we were lying. When we asked for our money back so we could go somewhere else, instead of refunding the money they took 450 from our accounts and we had to call the bank to get it back. Horrible experience.

The room has not been getting cleaned well at all. The mirror still had spittle from previous guests brushing their teeth and the shower/tub was filthy. Dirt and grime was collected around the corners and the tub had a residue ring all around the base. We went to find water at a vending machine and there was none. The door had also obviously been knocked through because it was dented from the big lock and could now easily bust through it. For the price, I did not expect much… but cleaning the mirror and a quick wipe of the tub would at least give the appearance of a maintained room. The second star is for the positive: There did not appear to be any bedbugs, the bed was comfortable, and the front desk was nice and professional.
