Shocked to see such a bad state of a Radisson property- broken door locks, broken faucets, missing sink and tub plugs, no hot water is most rooms, non working AC in lobby, limited buffet items, dirtiest lobby of any hotel i have seen, workers from outside sleep in lobby sofas at night, etc etc. Very unsafe and inconvenient to say the least.

We checked in at the hotel, and they had no AC in the lobby and hadn’t for a few months. They had a big generator outside blowing warm air in but that was it. when we got to our room, someone was already in it. When we got another room, the bathroom door didn’t close and we had no hot water at any time.

We experienced issues since the beginning with the overall aspects of the lobby (no a/c). They managed to subcontract a industrial rental a/c unit but not good enough.
We had issues with the TV remote control, water heater and a spoil smell of the room.
Front desk personnel (although friendly) could not coupe with multiple issues addressed by other guests at the hotel.
We paid more that $650 for 3 nights and we expected a decent staying but due to the poorly maintained premises, that was not the case.

My hotel was infested with roaches...they were crawling up the walls, across the desk, nightstand and in the refrigerator. Its was BAD!!! $200 over night stay was horrible.

The entire property is extremely rundown. Both the sink and bathtub took over a half hour to drain. Standing water in there after every use. The entire hotel is dingy, dusty and old. I’m sure it was a great property in the late 90s, but right now it is in drastic need about Graves. Will not even consider a stay there again until substantial upgrades are made 100% through the property.
