The refrigerator is broken, and when I called to check the problem, they said this is the type of refrigerator. How can it be called a refrigerator if anything I put in it doesn't cool but instead gets hot? There is no hair conditioner, and the bed is not comfortable at all.

Staff were extremely awesome. Property was quite old. My room was not totally prepared when I got in. Floor was still wet, no towels, no utensils for my kitchenette. Cups were not available for my coffee.

First i didn’t notice there was bars and club which makes the hotel noisy at night, no one came clean room, no towels and nothing, we are newly married most hotel does little surprise non happened .

Very bad, cleanliness is poor. Annoying repairs. The sofa was incomplete when requested, they brought a broken chair upon checkout. They asked for an extra charge, saying the mattress is dirty and they want it clean. They don't have soap, and upon arrival, they asked for 130 in terrible taxes.

The hotel is beautiful and its prices are moderate; its problem is that there is a bar in the lobby. The suites are large, organized, and comfortable.
