Check-in Special Instructions
To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Each guest is issued an RFID bracelet at check-in. Guests are required to wear the bracelet during their stay. A general deposit is required for each bracelet, payable by credit card or cash. The additional mandatory fee covers the RFID bracelet handling fee charged per person, per night. Guests receive a 10% discount on food, beverages, and other services purchased with the RFID bracelet. Funds loaded on each RFID bracelet can be used for non-cash onsite payments (excludes accommodation payment). Unused funds during the stay are refunded at check-out.
