when arriving at the hotel the first impression was already bad. Dirty outside , empty and abandoned stores. The staff was very friendly at the reception and restaurant.That was the positive side and also Internet connection was good in our room ( because we stayed at the first floor)
Rooms are old fashioned, Airco not working well. Price for breakfast is low but you also only get little variation. Long waiting lines for taking coffee or Tea as there is only 1 coffee machine. Dinner and lunch are a disaster, price is too high for what you get. we went twice to the restaurant and could choose out of the same kind of food both times. No proper cleaning of the room, beds were not made , towels just put on the bed, hardly vacuumcleaning despite the fact the floor is covered with carpet. Maintenance of the terrasses and garden is a disaster. Swimming pool for the kids was not filled up.
outside the hotel there is nothing , no shops, no restaurants so you are kind of obliged to take lunch and dinner at the hotel or take the car and drive at least 10 km to find a small town ( Krnica) where you have a few restaurants. The 3 star Rate is too much for this hotel. In the past this was probably a modern hotel but needs a total clean up and renewal.

Everything was ok, hotel is far away from everywhere, there should be a shop. If you like swimming and suntanning this is a place to be.
