Property description

General description

We are extremely excited to expand Rixos portfolio with our new property Rixos Al Mairid Ras Al Khaimah.

It is known that we are currently going through a transition from another brand in order to setup the property opening for October 2024 under the Rixos standards and guidelines. Therefore, we would like to update you on the following enhancements that will take place in the upcoming period:

Family pool closure until October 25, 2024, as we are working on improving the tiling around the pool for the guest safety. Apart from the Family pool, all other pools (6 pools) will be operating regularly along with our beach area.

During the month of November, we will have our entertainment hub built on the beach area, however we would like to assure you that this will not affect guests facilities or experiences.

Our Italian Restaurant will be fully operational effective December 2024, however, our main dining restaurant offers weekly Italian theme night, in addition, all other restaurants, lounges and Bars will be operating and functioning.

We will strive to deliver the highest standard of services as always, and we are looking forward to welcome the esteemed guests in our resort in the upcoming winter.

Please note that restaurants and outlets have changed the names, concept and timings.

We would like to inform you of an important change to the Ultra All-Inclusive meal plan. Please note that moving forward, the Ultra All-Inclusive plan will commence with lunch, in accordance with the resort’s lunch service hours.

Referring to the Rixos Al Mairid Ras Al Khaimah Memorandum of Agreement (Validity Period: 01.10.2024 – 31.10.2025); initially, the agreement specified that Ultra All Inclusive meal plan starts with the Dinner on day of arrival and finishes with the Breakfast on the day of departure.

The Ultra All-Inclusive meal plan will instead commence with lunch on the day of arrival (as per resort’s lunch service hours) and still finishes with breakfast on the day of departure.
Kindly note that our Family pool is fully operational as of this week.
On another note there is an Entertainment hub will be built during the following month to be ready for our Festive season celebration.
Please note that during the enhancement time the hotel services and offerings will not be affected.

As part of our commitment to continuously elevate the guest experience, our lobby will undergo a fresh new upgrade starting from 08th January 2026 through Mid-February 2026.

During this period, all lobby services will remain fully operational. Guests will continue to enjoy a seamless arrival and departure experience through our dedicated alternative reception area and lobby bar, conveniently located within the main building.

We sincerely thank you for your continued support and patience as we take this next step in making Rixos Al Mairid Ras Al Khaimah an even more welcoming destination.
