I was very annoyed by the way we arrived at the property. I wasn't given a way to collect my keys. I went to reception, and the employee said the property wasn't affiliated with them. After insisting, she gave me a number, which I contacted and went to another location to collect my keys. I went back to reception again, and she directed me to the third floor. The apartment is somewhat worn and outdated, and there's nothing special about it except for free parking and its proximity to Service Paradise.

The apartment is so clean and the design is perfect. So quiet and loving the ambiance and all. Perfect for couple and families to stay. Free parking and very close to surfers paradise. The area wasn't noisy at all and you will enjoy your stay. Excellent!

The hotel was in great proximity to everything we needed. Great parking, easy access with keykards but also secure.
The apartment itself was quite dirty. Lots of dust which triggered asthmatics. Also the batteries need to be changed in the smoke detection, beeping through the night.
The floors had not been clean and toenails were in the carpet. The air conditioner in the 2nd bedroom was leaking onto the wardrobe door and carpet.
The main concern was the bed in the main bedroom. The sheets had makeup on them and there were visible handprints on the headboard in what looked like lubricant. With no other option of spare blankets, we had to sleep on the bed. Not cool.
