Nice ship which is well maintained. I didn't realise it was going to be a ship when I first booked. Rooms are quite small but comfortable enough and well cleaned. There is a very small gym and sauna which was empty when I used it. The hotel ship provided a free bus to the conference and back, which I was not expecting.

Rustig hotel, schoon en aangenaam personeel. Jammer dat het helemaal op het einde van de kade was. Je kan wel parkeren voor de boot.

Difficult to find, with no clear instructions. Check in was not very welcoming and quite abrupt. Meal was ok with a special deal but room small and bed uncomfortable considering it is supposed to be a luxury river cruise ship. Wifi was non existent.

Worst ever. Had to check into new hotel. Expedia did nothing but call them for a refund and did nothing. Will never use Expedia again ever. Wasted several thousands of dollars on what was supposed to be a traditional hotel but instead was a boat.

The boat was fine, the staff helpful and pleasant and the room was really pleasant and fine for work, but there was confusion over its location. If it had been at its original planned location then it would have been an excellent overnight stay. I would use the boat again. Hotels.com were contacted over this error of location and it is important that this style of error isn't repeated.
