Reserved twin room which is spacious .
There is no daily cleaning. would be better if the hotel provided simple vacuum cleaning service especially in toilet .
There is also not enough USB charging spots in the room, and sometimes the chargers don’t work. our phones ended up not charging for the whole night.
Overall experience is okay at this price and location .

Clean rooms, but terrible AC. I had every extra fan going and was still too hot. There was no way to get it cooler, which was super frustrating and made it very uncomfortable. Service was excellent, location was excellent. I wish there was a regular restaurant on site - I just wanted to sit and have a dinner that didn’t cost a lot of money. Overall, great value for money.

The hotel environment was conducive, clean and quiet. The hotel room is spacious and good size for 2 person and all staff are polite, approachable and helpful.
I and my family stayed for 5 nights and we felt comfortable and well rested.
We will comeback to this hotel and will surely recommend to our family & friends.

If all you need is a place to sleep, this is a great space! It’s not a very big space, but it is convenient to the train station, clean, affordable and everything you need to enjoy a vacation in the Tokyo/Shinjuku area.
