Waited well over an hour for a clean room to be ready, when it was and we settled in a staff member burst into our room. That showed us the badly lined up locks did not work at all. Staff was way in over their heads at this property. Not enough parking for all guests. They have a sign on the door reporting they are working hard to be more ADA compliant.... however elevators are all down and they allowed customers to park in the handicap van unloading lanes. Even after i let them know, the BMW was still in the handicap wheelchair lane the next morning. Parking is $10 a night.

I did like how the hotel is close to places to eat and shopping. I wasn't to fond of the bagels for breakfast. Im more of a fresh fruit person. The parking was pretty tight too, but other than that I had a really good time. Everyone loved my dog and treated her very well. I'll definitely go back to Spark.

The room was not impressive at all. The limited furniture was very cheap, no doors or drawers, not even bottoms. The refrigerator was so small you could fit almost nothing in it. No microwave in the room. The breakfast was awful, only bagels, yogurt and muffins. Nothing like the previous owner. Still after many years of going here only one elevator works. I go to that area several times a year and I will have to find another place to stay at.
