Spark by Hilton Yucca Valley Joshua Tree

The check in went smoothly and the desk clerk was really helpful, answering all my questions. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The jacuzzi was great but there was gunk near the drain. The shower head leaked out of the side but worked well other wise. I will stay there again.

I had a very unpleasant experience. The person checking me in was efficient, courteous, and professional. The price was good, but after staying the night I felt like I survived B movie nightmare. I requested a jetted spa tub so I might help my back pain from my travels. The tub was dirty. The tub also was difficult to get into to adjust the faucet. At first, after seeing how dirty the tub was, I felt I shouldn’t dare use it. However, I went ahead a cleaned the tub thinking I might change my mind. I didn’t change my mind and did not use it. The shower was for special abilities, which I did not request. When using the shower the shower head jetted past the tile floor and onto the bathroom floor, soaking it. A very strange set up. I was not able to get a good hot temperature in the shower because I had to keep the pressure down on the water so it wouldn’t continue to jet out onto the bathroom floor. The carpet and the furniture fabric had many stains and what looked like burns. I chose not to use the furniture because I was so grossed out from all the stains. The bed coverings were VERY vintage. The blanket on the bed was possibly 20 years old (though felt like 50years old from how warn thin it was) and very broken in, same as the linens and pillows.

Checkin was great. Toilets are old and low. Had 3 bottles of hair conditioner. No shampoo or lotion. Clock alarm went off at 1245am. No grassy area for puppy. Warm in room

Staff was great! Just like the past 6 times I've stayed :)

It took a very long time to check in. Not smooth. Other than that it was a good experience
