Pros Hotel staff is very friendly. Room is clean and huge!! Better rooms than anywhere else at this price. Food is good! Cons Not a good place for family. Most guest are young Arabs. No one wearing mask in covid 19. Elevators are tiny and slow I wouldn’t recommend staying here in covid. Very bad precaution by guests. Staff is ok.

Room view was amazing, worth the money paid. It was calm, didn't get a chance to try the food. They provide complimentary water and coffee on daily basis. Air conditioning is really good.

Great rooms with a beautiful view. Good location and great facilities . Loved the Sauna and Steam room. The only downside was that there were no plates , cutlery as there is a microwave to use . No cloth to wipe table or benchtop . Easy fixes

The overall experience was great. The rooms were spacious and very luxurious, and the hotel itself boasted many amenities (like gym, pool, comfortable waiting area, etc.). That said there are a few areas were improvement is necessary. The rooms have a small kitchen, but no utensils or cutlery - they need to provide that. There are large glass areas offering stunning views of the city, however the in-room heating is not sufficient to keep the place warm during winters - they need better insulation or more effective heating. Lastly, there is no door for the shower area, which is not appropriate for families - they need to offer a door or blinds.

Very dirty hotel, and bad service. Its some max 2 star hotel and not 5. And the card system to the door and the lift very bad system and not work. Find another place
