Loved this hotel away from London City Centre. Close enough to the trains and a huge Westfield at Stratford. Everything you need! Enjoyed the coffee inside the hotel. Breakfast was fabulous too! Just only gripe was the “give me 10mins” that became 1 hour to get to my room! Don’t give me false hopes. Horrible front desk service. Needs huge improvement and clearly not quite your “Hilton” by any stature.

We stayed for a concert at the O2 rather than paying the stupid prices for the Excel situated properties (most of which need a lot of TLC) and we couldn't have been happier. Transport didn't take much longer than the Jubilee/DLR combo we usually use and the hotel was significantly nicer. Great staff, breakfast was excellent and the room very comfortable. Would thoroughly recommend

Had a really nice suite on level 17, with great views. Lovely bathroom with a huge bath which was a bonus. Great size shower too. Bit of a queue to check in at the desk, but staff were super friendly and helpful. Next morning, not a huge choice of breakfast and the coffee machines were playing up, which caused queues. This may though have been due to the fact it was very busy as Take That had been in concert at the Olympic Park! The hotel is very close to the park, so an ideal stop over.
