Good spot, a table to eat a meal would be nice
Beautiful place to stay would definitely stay there next time I visit Hobart. Close to delicious food and parks.
Perfect location, very quite, looking forward to staying there again
Character, location, extra touches such as coffee machine and port excellent. The only downside was parking. When we have stayed in similar properties in the UK we have been supplied with residents parking permits
We stayed in the Wellington for 7 nights. When we booked, the advertising stated that a car park was available. Just prior to leaving we were advised that there was only one car park available for the three units. We were also advised that the parking was allocated on a first in best dressed basis.
There appeared to be no other quests requiring parking during our stay, so we were able to park in the car park the entire time.
If we had been required to share the car park it would have necessitated looking for parking on the street. There is very little street parking in the area with daytime.
parking limited to 2 hour periods between 8am and 6pm.
Our stay was pleasant and the area is excellent being close to restaurants.
The facilities were lacking slightly in that there was no cable TV options and very limited DVD's supplied.

Beautiful building and room. We stayed in the Wellington which is on the ground floor. If you are a light sleeper then probably not a good place to stay as this is an old building so you have hear all the footsteps from the second floor at night when people upstairs are walking around.
