Our stay at the palms was everything we had hoped for! The grounds were beautiful and staff were welcoming. Service at the beach and pool were top notch. Dinner at Parallel 23 was amazing. Will be back!

The hotel was great - the room was clean and very nice. The complimentary breakfast and waters was a great touch. One negative would be how servers and bartenders handle tabs - it seems to be done on an individual basis not by bar so it makes ordering and closing tabs confusing.

Beautiful hotel/resort with an excellent staff. The property is just the right size, not huge, but not tiny either. Service at the bars, restaurants, and desks are all first rate. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Beach front property with loungers and sunbeds available. Ideally located within walking distance of downtown, but outside the hustle and bustle. Definitely would stay here again.
