Interesting hotel, but there was little problems during my stay.

The hotel is well-located and reasonably priced. I stayed there many times. It does not have the flavor of an upscale international chain with good operating technologies in place, smiling reception and expedited check-in. More like single owner place with some strange people (Armenian friends and family?) you can meet at the lobby or at the restaurant. It is not a large nuisance, though, but it may feel very parochial or strange for some.

The Hotel itself was nice, but the stuff were not friendly, they didnt give us any information about our room or WiFi or what our room includes. Our room keys stopped working and they couldn’t give or make new keys for us, plus full size mirror in the room was broken, we stayed 4 people in the room, and they would only give us 2 full size towels .
