There is a lot to say about our stay at Vign 'appart, only a little bit about it is good. Firstly, our confirmation email from Expedia said we would be met at reception when we arrived. This didn't happen. The door was looked and no one was there. The sign on the door said to use the intercom, but there isn't any intercom, so we called the number on the door of the hotel and no one answered, so I looked at our confirmation email from Expedia and found a different number, which was answered by Mathew, the proprietor. Mathew doesn't speak English, but fortunately my high school French was enough to understand the code he told me to punch in to enter the building and to understand where to find the key for our room.
We stayed in the Chambertin Suite and I urge you to avoid this suite at all costs. When you enter the building, you notice a strong smell of mildew. When you enter the Chambertin Suite which is on the ground floor, that smell gets much worse. This small suite has the bedroom in the cellar, which looks cool in the photos, but is mouldy. There are several incense bottles and a dehumidifier in the bedroom, but it is still damp and the mildew smell is overpowering. We had paid for 3 nights, but left after two after both my husband and I felt unwell after two nights in the cellar. I developed a lung infection from the mould, which affected the rest of our vacation and 11 days later I still have a very significant cough. Mathew is nice, but his hotel has issues.
Great location. Booked for 3 adults and 1 kid, room Chambertin is underground, stairs to go down are not really adapted for kids, old or overweighted people, slight humidity, no wifi signal. Considering the price is fair but only good for one night but wouldn’t stay again, moving around is impossible when the sofa is open.
It’s clean and staff is nice.

Property was modern and very clean, a very nice stay.
The was a problem on arrival, the key was not left in the key box and so we had to make a call the owners as nobody was present at the property. This is an important part of the experience and more care needs to be taken to ensure that keys are left for guests
Clean modern rooms with best air conditioning. Utilities to beat most hotels. Good comms and friendly staff
Zero communication with these people, even Hotels.com gave up!
I don’t think they are legitimate business as we tried to cancel but phones and emails proved a waste of time. Would never stay somewhere where there are no people to communicate with, makes you wonder what sort of a business it is!
