Hotel staff were not welcoming, nor cheery in any way. Upon checkin, we were not greeted by any of the staff members stood around, and once we did approach the check in desk the lady didn’t even greet us, she just informed us of the £90 early check in. After we turned this down and requested to leave our bags for afew hours till check in, she explained that this would be a £15 fee per bag - we had absolutely no idea an out this fee and couldn’t find this information about the extra charges online, we were absolutely disgraced as this “budget hotel” ended up being the price of an average, better hotel (one with a complimentary baggage hold at the least). Staff were blunt, attracts the wrong crowd. The only good thing was the comfort of the bed, aswell as the location. I will not be recommending any time soon - really disappointed with all the added costs and service .

The room was very clean, but was cold. I turned the aircon up to 28, but didn't have any impact. Shower was also tepid. I was only there for a couple of days so put up with it. Breakfast was good in the coyote ugly bar, but would have liked a little more choice of some heathier options. Great location, very central, but felt the £10 charge for an iron was a bit much, so went to Argos and bought a garment steamer for £20. Will stay there again, but will be better prepared next time.

Hotel is amazingly located. Clean and very minimalist. Check in and check out are very easy. But I wish someone would make the bed (they would only bring clean towels and toilet paper each day, but bed was kept undone). Also, the hotel is very crowded and the corridors can get very noisy with large groups of people and doors being banged for hours at night. Make sure you ask for a room far from the elevators: the doors to access the hallways are very very very noisy and might keep you awake at night.

Place was clean, and a great location. Our hall door didn’t work right so we went up and down lots looking for help. Beds were comfy and it was nice and quiet. Would definitely stay here again

Centrally located, clean. Great value. For sure small, but that was expected when we booked. Fire alarm did go off early one morning waking us up and it was hard to fall asleep the next couple of nights for fear it would go off again.

Best location, very clean n seamless check-in/check-out but more of a hostel kind of feel. Best of you only plan to use it to sleep in n get ready, not to spend the day inside. No windows n hundreds of rooms so a made to get to the room. Still, great value for money.
