My husband and I had an amazing time!!! Short walk to the beach and the pool was fantastic! Staff were very friendly. We will definitely be back!!

The room was not clean, smelled bad, the tub and sink in the bathroom was clogged with hair from previous guests; also not cooking sheets or utensils like it said in the amenities. The water in the pool didn’t not circulate, and had mold. Too pricey for the service

1. The beds were incredibly comfortable.
2. The rooms were not cleaned unless you requested it early in the morning. Same with simple things like taking trash out or towels or anything. So nothing is done unless you request it.
3. The bathroom is in rough shape. Shower was peeling, sink faucet barely flowing.
4. Staff is incredibly nice but meaningfully understaffed.

It was pretty ok. Got charged twice for my deposit, and that was a really bad impression seeing as i hadn’t even been inside my room. But it’s the cheapest place on the island, and can’t really complain. Just being out $100 for a deposit on a room that wasn’t even on the water/beach, on top of the $400 and some odd dollars for the actual room is weird and super annoying. It put a bad taste in my mouth, but Jekyll is so incredible i couldn’t even be mad. I’d never stay here again though. I’ll do days inn before this place.
