Two women traveling. Felt safe the entire time even though the hotel is smack dab in the middle of the city. We could see the Panthers stadium from our hotel window. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean. I would definitely stay there again.

•No ice machine on 2nd floor had to go to the 3rd or 4th ridiculous!
•Refrigerator hot never got cold
•A/c was freezing or hot no in between
•I’ve been on the road for several days now, this is my 3rd stopover & the most expensive one yet it was the absolute worst one.
•The bedding was a sheet a blanket and another sheet over it. I’ve never seen such a thing.
•The best part is f the hotel was the available tv channels!
In two words just a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Skip over this hotel if you wish to enjoy an overnight stay.

The hotel was closing down. The pool was closed and that is why we wanted an early check in. Very disappointing that it was closed and blocked off so we couldn’t even sit outside. The chairs in the room were cracked and very old. Windows were old and not sealed. There was a yellow jacket in our room. We called for help and no one showed up. We finally killed it and they had us switch rooms. I saw that the room would have been cheaper if I had booked directly through the hotel. It was definitely not work $200 plus with fees.

I was expecting the same cleanness it shows on the website. My flight was canceled to Miami decided to stay at the Double Tree because of the way the pool looked. I wanted to spend two nights there but the place was being turned into dorms for college students so nothing has been done to this place and the pool was closed. I am requesting my money back I checked in at 12:30 am and checked out at 11:00 am did not get access to anything it was a very disappointed hotel.
